Sr Eng - Powerplatform & PowerBI developer

What success looks like in this role: 6–10 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena 6–10 years' experience designing, developing and supporting business applications on the Microsoft stack, with 5+ years hands-on in Microsoft Power Platform 2–3 years' experience with Power BI development and M365 / SharePoint Online administration Extensive experience designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including: Canvas and model-driven Power Apps (responsive design, Power Fx, component libraries, PCF controls)Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), approvals, error handling and run monitoring Dataverse data modelling, relationships, business rules, security roles, plug-ins and custom APIs Standard, premium and custom connectors; integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault) and REST APIs Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder models embedded in apps and flows Environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, CoE Starter Kit and tenant governance ALM — solution layering, Power Platform Pipelines / Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI and source control Extensive experience writing, editing and maintaining PowerShell scripts (including Power Platform admin and Power BI management modules); working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and C# for extensions Power BI core skills: Power Query (M) ingestion and transformation, dataflows, on-premises data gateway Star-schema data modelling, DAX measures, calculation groups and performance tuning Report and dashboard design — visuals, bookmarks, drill-through, mobile layouts, accessibility Row-level security, workspaces, apps, deployment pipelines, scheduled refresh and tenant settings Embedding Power BI in Power Apps / Teams with write-back via Power Automate; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online lists and libraries as application data sources and document repositories Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional and technical requirements Face-to-face customer engagement skills Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the team Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting (flow failures, delegation and app performance, DAX/query performance) Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) and/or PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certification highly desired Hands-on experience migrating legacy automations (Nintex, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows, MS Access) to Power Platform #LI-UG1 You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
