Job Description Responsibilities: Create and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print, including websites, marketing collateral, social media, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging design solutions aligned with brand guidelines. Conceptualize and present design ideas and visual storytelling approaches to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables. Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate creative quality and consistency. Stay updated on creative design trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to enhance project impact. Oversee the production and implementation of designs across multiple platforms and mediums to ensure accuracy and consistency. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining creative excellence.
