Sr Data Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics

Job Summary The Business Intelligence team emphasizes a partnership with internal customers to enable operational processes within Cardinal Health Supply Chain Systems. This position provides support to our medical manufacturing, replenishment, and distribution centers by aligning data and technology solutions to optimize the value of the warehouse and transportation for the supply chain. The team drives business innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and turning them into differentiating business capabilities. The team is responsible for applying business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. The position will work across multi-functional teams, such as IT, Finance, Operations, Logistics team members, and Cardinal Health management. Responsibilities · Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. · Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely. · Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and executive leadership. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven solutions. · Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance. · Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reporting. · Lead Machine Learning (ML)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects across the Global Logistics team – including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership. Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred · Advanced Degree is desired · Preferred certifications: APICS Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management · 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations · Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and common challenges, with preferred expertise in transportation and warehousing · Experience working with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems(TMS/WMS) preferred · Experience working in Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics related fields managing Build and Run teams · Experience with Data Visualization tools preferred (Tableau, PowerBi, or Looker preferred) · Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred · Experience using AI/ML modeling tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Github Copilot, or other similar tools. · Experience working in an Agile environment · Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Anticipated salary range : $106,700 - $152,400 Bonus eligible : Yes Benefits : Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. · Medical, dental and vision coverage · Paid time off plan · Health savings account (HSA) · 401k savings plan · Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay · Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) · Short- and long-term disability coverage · Work-Life resources · Paid parental leave · Healthy lifestyle programs Application window anticipated to close : 10/12/26 · If interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
