Job Description Responsibilities: Manage post-sales customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product or service-related challenges for customers. Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to implement customer retention and improvement strategies. Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to recommend process or service enhancements. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and key performance metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
