Overview Product Express is a no-code process orchestration and data capture platform. Product Express makes it simple, fast and transparent for Customers to adopt Mastercard products and services, directly and/or with our ecosystem partners. Customers can easily select the best payment solutions for their needs, quickly identify the right partners to implement them – when partners are relevant, and progress from application to launch with full transparency at every step. Part of Mastercard Optimization team, Product Express is a unique solution in the market, supporting 35+ products, significantly reducing time to revenue. Product Express won Mastercard 2025 Design Award for Operational Excellence. The Specialist, Product Express Reporting and Analytics, will own the reporting and dashboarding agenda for the Product Express platform. This includes translating product and service owner needs into scalable reporting solutions, maintaining reliable dashboards, analyzing platform data, and recommending optimization opportunities that improve onboarding transparency, adoption, and operating efficiency. The role also includes product ownership responsibilities, working closely with product and service teams across Mastercard to digitize onboarding journeys and define platform enhancements that strengthen Product Express reporting, analytics, and self-service capabilities. Role • Partner with product and service owners using Product Express to understand reporting needs, define success metrics, document requirements, and translate them into clear reporting deliverables. • Define Product Express reporting and analytics strategy, and opportunities to leverage AI • Implement configurable reporting solutions that can be adapted across the broad range of products, services, and onboarding journeys supported by Product Express • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, monitor adoption and performance trends, analyze findings, and recommend optimization opportunities for product and service owners • Lead digitization of product onboarding processes with product owners • Identify, prioritize, and manage development of platform enhancements that improve reporting, analytics, dashboard configurability, and data capture capabilities • Identify practical AI use cases for Product Express reporting, such as automated insights, anomaly detection, natural-language querying, and proactive recommendations All About You • Highly engaged individual comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and agile environment • Strong experience in reporting and analytics, with the ability to turn complex business processes into actionable metrics, dashboards, and insights; experience applying AI or automation to analytics workflows is a plus • Hands-on experience with reporting and data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Python, with the ability to connect, transform, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources • Experience in reporting solution deployment • Sound business judgment with strong conceptual thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; able to connect reporting insights to product decisions and operational improvements • Proven experience collaborating across functions and geographies • Experience in product development or product management is a plus: opportunity identification, concept development, rapid prototyping, user testing, and market testing • Undergraduate degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar field of study Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
