Job Summary We are looking for a team member with strong expertise in DG cargo handling, shipment execution, customer service, process excellence, and stakeholder management. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end DG booking activities, resolving complex operational issues, supporting customer’s DG bookings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Operations Excellence Manage end-to-end Dangerous Goods (DG) booking activities and approvals. Ensure compliance with company policies, IMDG regulations, and customer requirements. Resolve complex operational issues and booking discrepancies. Support Customer’s DG bookings and provide timely operational guidance. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor operational performance and ensure quality deliverables. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build strong working relationships across functions to drive operational excellence. Additional Requirements Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment . Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
