What You’ll D o · Lead architecture for Master Data Management and Master Data Governance solutions across material, vendor, and customer domains · Design scalable solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, BTP, AI-enabled capabilities, and cloud technologies · Translate business goals and process requirements into conceptual, logical, and solution architecture designs · Develop business cases, decision materials, and architecture recommendations using sharp analytical and problem-solving skills · Drive large transformation initiatives by aligning architecture, governance, process design, and delivery execution · Partner with business, product, engineering, and external stakeholders to define standards, integration patterns, and reusable assets · Establish data governance practices including metadata, lineage, quality controls, and secure access aligned with enterprise and compliance requirements · Evaluate technologies, support proofs of concept, and recommend solutions that balance business value, scalability, cost, and risk. Basic Requirements · 4+ years of relevant experience in data architecture, solution architecture, data engineering, enterprise applications, or closely related roles · Hands-on experience with Master Data processes and technologies · Experience in solution architecture for enterprise platforms and integrations · Experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one of the following: SAP MDG, Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Customer Master Data, BTP · Strong analytical skills with experience building or supporting business cases, architecture decisions, or transformation recommendations · Experience leading or materially contributing to large transformation programs · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred Skills / Experience · Consulting experience in business process transformation, enterprise strategy, or operating model design · Experience in regulated environments with strong security, compliance, and governance expectations · Knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid data platforms, integration patterns, and architecture standards · Experience with AI, cloud platform services, data modeling, and enterprise data quality practices · Ability to create architecture roadmaps, diagrams, standards, and executive-ready decision materials · Strong cross-functional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
