Software Engineer– Tungsten TotalAgility (Hybrid - Newark, NJ or Edgewood, NY)

We are seeking a Software Developer to support, enhance, and maintain intelligent document processing, workflow, and imaging solutions with a primary focus on Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA). This role is ideal for a mid-level developer with hands-on experience in workflow automation, document processing, and system integration, along with imaging, and AI-enabled intelligent document processing. Also, basic .NET development skills and familiarity with AWS services. The ideal candidate is interested in enterprise automation, intelligent document processing, and developing solutions that streamline business operations and improve information capture. Responsibilities Support, configure, and enhance Kofax Capture and Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) solutions for document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation Design and maintain TTA workflows, business rules, queues, forms, and process automation components utilizing imaging, and AI-enabled intelligent document processing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document ingestion, OCR/extraction, validation, exception handling, and system performance Assist with integration of TTA with downstream business systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services Develop and maintain supporting customizations using .NET / C# Support existing Kofax Capture solutions as needed, particularly where they integrate with or feed into TTA Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing optimization of workflow solutions Create and maintain technical documentation for TTA configurations, workflows, and integrations Qualifications Hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) , including workflow/process design and document-processing capabilities Experience with document capture, OCR, classification, extraction, and validation workflows Basic to intermediate development experience with .NET / C# Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-hosted application environments Exposure to or experience with AI/ML concepts, intelligent document processing, or automation technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kofax Capture migration or integration scenarios involving TTA Familiarity with TTA integrations, APIs, web services, or middleware Experience with SQL and relational databases Exposure to intelligent document processing (IDP), case management, or enterprise workflow platforms Experience supporting production automation solutions in an enterprise environment Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $140,000 - $150,000 Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
