Job Title Software Development Engineering Advisor TITLE: Software Development Engineering Advisor EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management) DUTIES: Analyze Product Requirements and create technical specifications. Develop new API’s and Services to support the broader Product Strategy. Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Act as the primary expert on AWS cloud native development best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship on AWS services and solutions. Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure. Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure provisioning; develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes; and ensure smooth and reliable code releases. Develop and manage containerized applications and orchestrate containers. Implement Automation to improve coding efficiency. Ensure delivered solutions are optimized for ease-of-use, reusability, and scalability. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving Cloud DevOps engineering experience. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: Working in Infra setup, deployment and automation in public cloud; Building Infrastructure as a Code using CloudFormation or Terraform; Automating stacks to build out and destroy environments on demand; Provisioning infrastructure for Databases, Micro Services, Kafka streaming and Cache; Working in the financial industry; Working in AWS Cloud or Azure Cloud platforms; and Using Quality and Security scan tools including Sonar, Fortify, and Web Inspect. Prior experience must also include 2 years in the following: Working in Agile methodology; Building Infrastructure as a Code using CDK with Python; and Automating Integration testing and integration with CI/CD pipeline.
