Managing the lifecycle of the Trend Micro platform and client agents. Producing monthly KPI and compliance reports, including agent installation coverage and health status. Performing incident resolution and operational remediation activities for reporting and agent-related issues. Driving automation, operational improvements, and best-practice adoption to improve service efficiency and platform effectiveness. Supporting Regeneron's 24x7 server operations and security compliance requirements for the Trend Micro service. You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of experience in Windows/Linux Server Administration, Endpoint Security, or Infrastructure Operations. Hands-on experience with Trend Micro products (Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security, Workload Security, or similar EDR/AV platforms). Experience with enterprise security operations, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection technologies.
