Job Description Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end performance management and reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of standardized reporting packs aligned with business needs. Drive improvements in forecasting and reporting by mapping business requirements to existing reports and rationalizing reporting processes. Support budgeting activities, including development, consolidation, and updates in line with client budget calendars. Prepare and analyze reporting packs across trial balance lines, comparing actuals with budgets and forecasts to deliver actionable insights. Conduct financial planning and forecasting across revenue and expense lines, including headcount, compensation, and efficiency metrics. Present analytical reviews of business unit P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to stakeholders. Monitor performance against targets and budgets, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions. Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and quality standards in FP&A service delivery. Lead people management activities including appraisals, mentoring, career development, and employee engagement.
