You will part of a dynamic product engineering team working on most advanced technologies including Server & Network Processor. You will work closely with Test, hardware, Design and Firm ware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products and solutions. What You Can Expect As a Senior Staff Product Engineer in Product Engineering, you will support and optimize semiconductor products in a High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment. Working closely with Test Development, Quality, Reliability, Operations, and OSAT partners, you will drive product quality, yield, cost, and manufacturing efficiency across production sites in Asia. This role focuses on sustaining engineering, test optimization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Support product manufacturing across wafer sort, final test, and system-level test operations. Qualify and transfer new products, test programs, and hardware to production sites. Investigate and resolve device, test, hardware, and manufacturing issues through debug and root cause analysis. Drive yield improvement, quality enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. Lead cost reduction efforts through test optimization, multisite improvements, and hardware enhancements. Perform failure analysis and corrective actions for production and customer-returned devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OSAT partners to ensure stable, high-quality production. Utilize manufacturing data to drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and product quality. Provide technical leadership for complex product and manufacturing challenges. What We're Looking For B.S. degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product / Test Engineering, or High Volume Manufacturing. Solid understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, manufacturing test flows, and production support. Hands-on experience with ATE platforms, preferably Advantest V93000 (V93K). Experience in test program debug, yield analysis, failure analysis, and production issue resolution. Knowledge of wafer sort, final test, system-level test, and manufacturing operations. Proven success in yield improvement, test optimization, quality enhancement, and cost reduction. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills across silicon, hardware, software, and manufacturing issues. Self-driven with the ability to lead complex projects independently and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment. Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership is preferred. Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
