Senior Specialist – Channel Partners Digital Engagement & Partner Value

Title and Summary Senior Specialist – Channel Partners Digital Engagement & Partner Value Overview: The meteoric rise of digital payments, coupled with fast-paced advancements in technology, has led to the emergence of various players in the payments value chain, such as Payment Facilitators (PFs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). They are reshaping how Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) merchants accept payments with their innovative, nimble, and modern solution set. These players help address SME merchants' needs and also help expand the acceptance landscape (footprint and GMV) in partnership with acquirers and by collaborating with each other. Role: The Channel Partners team is looking for a Senior Specialist to support the growth of the Channel Partner ecosystem by scaling partner engagement through digital capabilities, insights and value realisation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of Channel Partner engagement and product management, based in the Mastercard Lisbon hub. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical and proactive, and comfortable turning data insights into action. Partner Onboarding & Activation • Promote onboarding of Channel Partners onto digital platforms across regions and markets, using data-driven insights to identify and prioritise target accounts with regional account teams • Support onboarding waves, tracking progress and removing blockers to accelerate activation Insights, Reporting & Engagement Optimisation • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on engagement KPIs for the team and leadership • Run funnel analysis, reactivation campaigns and account hygiene to lift conversion and sustained engagement • Translate partner and performance data into prioritised engagement initiatives and recommendations Digital Enablement • Support delivery of new digital capabilities and partner-facing insights, contributing to core engagement projects across the Channel Partner portfolio • Maintain content governance and support channels to ensure an accurate, high-quality and responsive partner experience About you: • Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience in growth and onboarding performance and product management • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage high-volume, multi-step operational processes accurately • Intermediate knowledge of analytics tools and familiarity with HTML • Bachelor’s degree required Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
