Senior/Principal Physician (Oncology Radioconjugate)

Typical Accountabilities: Set the requirements for the execution of imaging at clinical sites (such as Imaging manuals, Imaging and Charters, Pharmacy manuals), including providing technical support to study sites. Provide training, teaching, and problem-solving solutions to internal and external clinical study teams to meet the needs of the study. Collaborate with Global Radiation Science team in the design quality control protocols and collaborate with in-house and external resources for imaging review and processing. Collaborate with Global Radiation Science team on the review and optimization of nuclear medicine imaging protocols in China, including review of parameters for QC, image acquisition and reconstruction, radiation dose determination, and protocol dose management. Collaborate with Global Radiation Science team with radioactive materials regulations or guidelines from regulatory organizations and professional organizations, (e.g., China regulatory) Evaluate of vendors to provide imaging and dosimetry. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Essential A Master degree in radiation medicine/nuclear medicine is required or an advanced degree with relevant experience. Experience working in radiopharmaceuticals for 2+ years is required. Experience with Nuclear Medicine, SPECT and PET imaging techniques, reconstruction, and camera quality control procedures is required. Knowledge and Experience with personalized dosimetry for radiopharmaceuticals, experience with programs such as Olinda, MIM and other imaging and dosimetry packages is required. Demonstrated technical and analytical problem-solving skills. Understanding of radiation biology and radiation physics are preferred. Understanding of imaging-related project needs as expressed in a clinical study protocol. Desirable Advanced degree such as MD or PhD in research science is preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience/exposure is preferred.
