Title and Summary Senior People Specialist Overview: The Senior People Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Asia Pacific People & Capability team. Working closely with the People & Capability AP leadership team, this role helps drive the successful execution of people initiatives, projects, and operational priorities across the region. You will combine project management, people analytics, workforce insights, and operational excellence, making it an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, coordinating complex initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions. You will support regional projects, consolidate data from multiple sources, leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, and help ensure successful delivery of People & Capability priorities across Asia Pacific. What you will do: - Support the delivery of regional People & Capability initiatives and priorities across Asia Pacific - Coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and functions to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved - Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs - Develop executive ready presentations, briefing materials, meeting summaries, and communications. - Support leadership reviews by coordinating inputs and preparing consolidated materials. - Partner with People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Finance, and business stakeholders across the region. - Coordinate regional programs, meetings, workshops, and project governance activities. - Leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, reporting, project delivery, and decision making processes. - Handle sensitive and confidential employee and business information with the highest level of professionalism. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness. - Coordinate requests, gather information, and manage deliverables across multiple teams. - Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in a global matrix organisation. All About You: - Experience supporting HR Business Partners, HR leaders, or leadership teams. - Exposure to workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, rewards, learning, or organisational effectiveness initiatives. - Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with efficiency and accuracy, sense of urgency with a drive for results. - Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to create professional presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies. - High level of professionalism when handling confidential information. - Experience making informed process improvement observations utilising technical and analytical skills Ready to make an impact?
