Need to understand, adhere, and execute the process and workflows defined as per production support procedures. Should be willing to work in Night shifts. Need to have strong and should possess L3 working related capabilities in areas of dot net, Informatica and Greenplum. Should have minimum 4-5 years of working experience in L3 support Should be a quick learner, with decent problem-solving abilities and is expected to get onto call with client to clarify the issues as needed Should be aware of incident management and problem management procedures which will be helpful in driving incidents. Need to be proactive analyzing and resolving the tickets assigned to the team Take ownership of accepting, acknowledging and handling the incidents as and when raised. Willing to work during weekends as per activities.
