Senior Manager, Global Strategy

About the Role The Senior Manager, Global Strategy works closely with the EVP of Global Strategy to help drive the business strategy to achieve LexisNexis’ revenue and profitability goals and to maintain and enhance its industry leading position. Responsibilities encompass the full range of strategic and tactical planning as well as business development and M&A. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Develop and implement high priority strategic plans and performance improvement projects across LNLP to drive revenue and profit growth Manage and deliver on one or more workstreams, including customer, competitor, and industry research and analysis Proactively manage work across projects, keeping timelines on track Conduct quantitative analysis with hypothesis Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Math, Chemistry or other quantitative discipline; MBA preferred 6 - 8 years experience, with preference 4+ years of analytical experience within Corporate Strategy, M&A or Business Development practice areas within a top-tier consulting firm Quantitative modeling in MS Excel; strong MS PowerPoint and Word skills Key candidate qualities include : Results driven – reliable and delivers high quality output in a timely manner, prioritizing and strategically thinking through implications of the work Problem solving – uses logic and rigorous methods to solve problems and can work comfortably around risk and uncertainty Comfort with ambiguity – able to break down complex problems and deal with ambiguity to drive problem solving and outcomes Organizational agility – knowledgeable about how organizations work and knows how to get things done through formal and informal networks Learning on the fly – learns quickly when facing new problems to solve and is open to change and experimentation Integrity and collaboration – seen as an individual who can present the truth in an appropriate and helpful manner and effectively collaborate with teams Flexible Working We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $130,200 - $241,800. 

If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $142,000 - $263,800.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $118,300 - $219,800.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
