Turn strategy into execution: Help shape transformation efforts from the initial vision through the execution plan, operating model, and accountability needed to deliver. Build across boundaries: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and other teams to develop strategies and solutions that work end to end. Build and grow a distributed team: Hire thoughtfully, mentor openly, set clear expectations, and develop the team as the capability grows.
