Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites. Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions. Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC. Identify automation opportunities across processes. Accountabilities: CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking. Process Quality ownership & skills gap identification. Project and change management support (GSC, Product, Global levels). Resource planning Risk mitigation through audit frameworks design and enablement Quality culture custodian Identify Opportunities for Process improvements through Automations Qualifications: 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields. Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution. Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies. Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
