Practise the Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Legal at Thomsonreuters interview free →Job Description Legal professionals across Asia and Emerging Markets are rethinking how they research, advise and run their practices, and who they’ll trust to help. Thomson Reuters™ brings them trusted legal content and technology, from Westlaw and Practical Law to CoCounsel, so they can work with confidence as AI changes the profession. This hands-on demand generation role owns the marketing targets for the Legal portfolio across APAC and Emerging Markets. You'll use customer data, market insight and performance signals to build and run relevant, integrated campaigns that respond to customer needs across the full funnel - from brand awareness to the buying decision. You'll take accountability for the Legal pipeline target, continually using evidence to refine audiences, messages, offers and channel choices. Most of your time will be spent creating, executing and optimising campaigns, supported by the strategy that guides them. As part of TR's regional growth and demand team, you'll adapt global platforms and programs for the region and partner with field marketing teams on local campaigns and activations. Key Responsibilities In this opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Legal, you will: Build and run integrated Legal campaigns end to end: the idea and the offer, the content and channel mix, the build and launch, and the optimisation while they're live. Start from the customer. Use customer research, win and loss reviews, sales conversations and engagement data to choose audiences, messages and offers. Turn customer data, market insight and performance signals into relevant campaign decisions, ensuring audiences, messages, offers and journeys stay closely aligned to customer needs. Run always-on, full-funnel programs for each buying group, so a managing partner, a general counsel and a legal operations lead each meet the right proof at the right stage. Test and learn with intent: set a hypothesis, read the results, scale what converts and stop what doesn't. Package each campaign as a campaign-in-a-box kit, with assets, audiences, journeys and a short playbook, so it's built once and launched quickly in every market. Work with regional marketing teams on campaigns for their markets, adapted to local buyers, languages and events, and bring TR's legal community and events platform across Asia, and TR's Synergy customer events into your programs. Partner with product marketing on propositions, proof and launches, and with content, performance marketing, account-based marketing and sales colleagues to bring each campaign to market. Own the Legal demand plan, budget and pipeline target, focused on winning new customers and selling new products to existing ones, and report sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion and cost per opportunity. Required Qualifications You’re a fit for the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Legal, if you have the following required qualifications: More than 8 years in B2B marketing, including several years building and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns yourself against a pipeline target. Campaigns that won over buying committees in complex B2B sales, where senior people decide together over long cycles. Hands-on command of the toolkit: you've shaped offers and copy, built journeys and landing pages in a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, run events and webinars, and briefed paid and social targeting. Decisions made from evidence: you can walk through a campaign you changed or stopped because of what customers and the numbers told you, and you're fluent in Salesforce, Power BI and intent data such as 6sense. Campaigns built once and scaled across several markets with regional teams, ideally in Asia-Pacific or emerging markets. Everyday use of AI in your own work, from research and audience insight to content variants and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Marketing experience in legal information, legal technology or legal AI. Working Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Arabic. #LI-SC1 What’s in it For You?
