Senior End to End Product Quality Engineer

Job Description DUTIES: Lead others in pioneering the features and experiences of future vehicle architecture. Perform deep technical analysis of incoming features and experiences. Lead gap definition and test case development for the feature/experience you own. Leverage automation to build and run efficient and effective tests. Establish methodology to improve software quality. Act as Subject Matter Expert for at least one feature/experience. Drive consistent adoption of modern engineering practices, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient. Provide detail-oriented follow-through and tracking of Jira tickets. Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across all pillars. Serve as a trusted advisor for critical design decisions, technology adoption, and integration strategies. Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technical strategies with long-term business outcomes. Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, observability, performance optimization, and automation. Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and maintainable architecture across diverse teams. Drive customer experience prioritization for your feature(s). Foster alignment and collaboration across globally distributed engineering organizations. 20% travel to client sites domestically. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Six (6) years of experience as a Software Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation. OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Four (4) years of experience as a Software Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation. Four (4) years of experience in the following: Working on benches and in-vehicle; Leveraging programming to run test cases on bench and in-vehicle; Launching features with attention to quality testing, debugging, and issue resolution; Interpreting vehicle architectures; Project management; Write Automation Code to run on bench/vehicle; and Build and integrate vehicle bench from scratch including making wire harnesses and power supply. #LI-DNI
