Senior Business Analyst - Retail ERP

Duties & Responsibilities Mastery of Business Analyst Activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide domain expertise as needed. Expert in Retail Business and ERPs with good domain knowledge. Write comprehensive business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Participate in research and implement new ideas and processes to enhance business analysis practices. Perform demonstrations of sprint reviews and, when necessary, present the finished work to customers and stakeholders. Act as a mentor to junior team members, offering guidance and support. Work on projects of high complexity, contributing to project plans and timelines. Works with 1-2 scrum teams. Reviews and negotiates priorities with Product Management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others. Good with AI skills and building solutions using/via AI tools. Performs work under minimal supervision Knowledge on Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL flows in an ERP. Qualifications Minimum 8+ years progressive ERP experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. At least 6 years of BA experience in building ERP products. Retail ERP knowledge is a MUST.
