They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. Job Description: You will build meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations while growing your personal brand and technical expertise. You are expected to anticipate the needs of teams and clients, deliver quality work, and embrace ambiguity by asking questions and using challenges as growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. Apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Understand project objectives and align work with overall strategy. Deepen business context knowledge and adapt to changes. Use reflection to enhance self-awareness and address development areas. Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations. Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC policies and independence requirements. Support deal development and strategy through financial analyses, modeling, due diligence, and structured financing transactions. Employ diverse tools and methodologies to generate ideas and solve problems. Assist in client solution development and supervise project sub-teams. Conduct risk management for new clients and engagements. Supervise Associates and Experienced Associates on engagements.
