Date Posted: 2026-10-02 Country: Malaysia Location: Otis Elevator Company (M) Sdn Bhd, 15-01 Menara Symphony, No 5, Jalan Semangat, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan , Malaysia Job Responsibilities: Manage intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliation, and month-end close activities across multiple entities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across various entities Investigate, dispute, and resolve intercompany invoice discrepancies Act as the primary liaison between internal business units and external shared service providers on accounting matters Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations and reconciliations Coordinate and monitor invoice processing, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation Lead and resolve invoice disputes with both internal stakeholders and external shared service teams, ensuring closure within agreed timelines Review and improve existing processes and controls related to intercompany transactions and invoice management Drive process improvements, standardization, and system enhancements Support management reporting and ad-hoc finance analysis as required Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and / or a chartered qualification in either (ACCA, CPA, MIA etc) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in intercompany accounting environment, high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and accounting principles Experience working in a matrix organization, effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units and regions. Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions and resolve complex discrepancies/disputes Familiarity with ERP systems Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
