Salesforce Data Analyst

The analyst will apply experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud to analy ze data involving accounts, contacts, opportunities , and other critical business data entities and processes. The analyst will translate business requirements and data-quality concerns into meaningful analysis, report s , dashboards, and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Data Quality Analysis & Monitoring Reporting & Dashboard Development Data Stewardship Support Data Governance & Documentation Business Process & Continuous Improvement Routine Activities Develop queries and analytical datasets using appropriate Salesforce reporting, querying, and analytical tools. Analyze Salesforce data to identify inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records. Monitor data-quality metrics and trends across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud. Develop and maintain recurring data-quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Investigate data anomalies and exceptions and determine their potential business impact. Perform root-cause analysis to distinguish between data-entry issues, process deficiencies, system configuration issues, integration problems, and other sources of data-quality degradation. Partner with Salesforce Data Stewards to validate issues, prioritize remediation, and track resolution. Identify emerging data-quality risks before they materially affect business operations or reporting. Conduct data profiling and analysis to support data-quality initiatives, audits, and remediation projects. Establish and maintain appropriate data-quality measurements and thresholds in collaboration with the Data Quality Manager. Reconcile Salesforce data with other systems when discrepancies are identified. Assess the downstream impact of Salesforce data-quality issues on reporting, forecasting, customer management, revenue operations, and service processes. Support analysis of historical data and trends to identify recurring or systemic data-quality problems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2–5 years of experience working with Salesforce data analysis, business analysis, CRM analytics , and data quality . Experience developing reports, dashboards, and recurring analytical outputs. Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce SOQL , SQL, and Excel. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills with e xcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain data and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
