As a Sales Support Analyst reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, you'll play a critical role in keeping sales and client operations running smoothly. You will support the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of accounts, opportunities, contracts, orders, cancellations, and billing activities within a fast-paced, global environment. You'll thrive in this position if you're detail-oriented, process-driven, resourceful, and collaborative, with a genuine interest in delivering high-quality operational support across a matrixed, global organization. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end sales operations lifecycle, including account setup, contract generation, approval workflows, signature coordination, order fulfillment, cancellations, and billing validation Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational, contractual, order, and billing-related requests, ensuring transactions move successfully through the sales operations lifecycle Research and resolve system, order, and billing issues, coordinating corrective actions in accordance with applicable guidelines, service-level agreements (SLAs), SOX requirements, and business controls Initiate order fulfillment and monitor downstream billing activity to confirm that account, product, pricing, and billing information is accurate; process or coordinate billing corrections, credits, and rebills as required Participate in system testing, providing clear and actionable feedback to system and process stakeholders, and support process-improvement initiatives, operational projects, and the development and maintenance of process documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least two years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution Experience working with CRM, ERP, or comparable business management systems (e.g., Salesforce) Experience working directly with clients or client-facing teams to resolve operational issues and move requests through to completion Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a global, matrixed environment Clear written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English, with experience collaborating across internal business groups, client-facing teams, and technical stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new business systems and processes Preferred Qualifications Experience in capital markets, financial technology, or another regulated industry Familiarity with SOX requirements, business controls, or other compliance-focused operating environments Experience supporting contract, order management, or billing workflows in a global organization Experience participating in system testing, process documentation, or operational improvement initiatives This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines , and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
