Job Description: Sales Representative, Tijuana Mexico Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As Sales Representative you will play a key role for Manages Key Market in assigned territory in the division of Abrasive System Division in Tijuana Mexico. In this role you will be able to • Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage aligned with the Division objectives. • Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establishes new objectives. • Exhibits leadership with accounts & prospects. • Provide support & training for the key distributors. • Applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans. • Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results. • Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product applications. • Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects. • Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor. • Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, administrative and other skills. The impact you will make in this role · Establishment and Achievement of Objectives · Sales and Marketing campaigns. · Coordination and Planning · Administration (time & territory) Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: • Industrial Engineer degree • Experience in Industrials sales • Basic English • Availability to travel in assigned territory • Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis. Work location: This role follows a remote model, where the individual is required to be based in Tijuana. Travel: May include up to 80% domestic travel. Relocation: Relocation is not available.
