In this vital role you will have the chance to drive and craft our Sales Force Incentives program. Responsibilities What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for: Calculate incentives monthly and quality control checking incentive compensation. Knowledge of quota and incentives models for private and public channels Ensure the quality of information for the sales team (internal and external data (secondary sources, medical files, hospitals, sales information. Management of databases, data mining, medical files, charts of accounts, sales force structures. Responsible for all Objective Setting (quota) & planning related matters supervising and actual results. Performance analysis and reporting conduct through reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance and KPIs data to provide actionable recommendations for management teams, aimed ay improving field force performance. Development and implementation of sizing and deployment models. Consolidate the wholesaler’s information and deliver the information to DMs on time. Data warehousing development. Analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to identify business challenges and/or improvement opportunities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience similar position in an international environment. Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication. Preferred Requirements: Experience in handling projects & teams. Track record of efficiently establishing and maintaining business processes. Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams.
