Sobre o time: Essa pessoa vai trabalhar no time comercial da RX comercializando espaços em feiras industriais, além de ativação de marca de produtos físico e digitais. A oportunidade requer disponibilidade para eventuais viagens pelo Brasil. Responsabilidades Principais: Prospecção de novos leads e posteriormente gestão de da carteira de clientes criada. Venda Consultiva e Personalizada: Dentro da Carteira: Prospecção e Desenvolvimento de Oportunidades (cross sell e up sell). Pós-venda: Passagem de bastão para o time de sucesso do cliente e acompanhamento. Registros de dados e atividades em CRM para report. Qualificações Necessárias: Prospecção: Sólida experiência em prospecção e gestão de carteira de clientes a longo prazo. Negociação: Habilidade de comunicação e apresentação eficaz, com capacidade de influenciar e negociar em diferentes níveis hierárquicos, além de conduzir negociações complexas com acordos mutuamente benéficos. Orientação para resultados : foco no atingimento de metas e na satisfação do cliente. Venda consultiva: Entendimento profundo das necessidades dos clientes e compromisso em superar suas expectativas. Visão Estratégica: Capacidade de entender o panorama geral e identificar oportunidades de crescimento a longo prazo. Relacionamento Interpessoal: Habilidade de construir e manter relacionamentos positivos com clientes e colegas. Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office. Organização: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prioridades de forma eficiente e de trabalhar de forma autônoma e proativa. Desejável: Inglês intermediário/avançado. Formação superior em Marketing, Publicidade, Administração ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência em vendas, preferencialmente na área de mídia, publicidade, espaços de exibição, merchandising ou serviços relacionados.
