As a Sales Executive reporting to VP – FMI Regional Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving Nasdaq's commercial growth across Asia and Southeast Asia for our Market Surveillance business — one of the industry's leading platforms for exchange and regulatory compliance technology. You'll thrive in this position if you're a self-driven relationship builder with deep financial markets expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful impact across global markets. Key Responsibilities Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with exchanges, regulators, and financial infrastructure clients across Asia and SE Asia. Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at strategic accounts. Create demand for Nasdaq's Market Surveillance solutions by raising their profile within the region and proactively engaging at industry events and conferences. Conduct regular strategic reviews with client senior management to align their needs with Nasdaq's product and service roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client challenges, support new product development, and deliver cohesive account management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of sales or business development experience within the financial markets industry. Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives across complex, long-cycle sales environments. Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Willingness to travel frequently and engage with clients across time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Selling Market Surveillance products. Experience from being a user of Market Surveillance systems. Knowledge in the Crypto Market and Digital Assets space. Experience in Selling into Crypto and Digital Asset markets This position will be located in Hong Kong (or Singapore) and offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
