We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to be part of making this happen. **This role requires you to work on site at our office in Eden Prairie.** About the Role: The SDR position is the first interaction prospective customers have with Arctic Wolf. The team is comprised of tenacious, positive and hard-working individuals dedicated to outstanding achievement and success of themselves, the Sales team and the company. Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented and creative sales team members looking to further build their career in Sales. Responsibilities: Tenaciously prospecting, qualifying and capturing leads and opportunities through prospecting via phone, Internet and social media Creatively following up on inbound leads to further peak prospect interest Successfully creating opportunities within your assigned region Partnering with senior sales executives in your assigned region in pursuit of driving revenue for the organization and promotion within the Sales organization Driving attendance to and attending events and tradeshows in partnership with senior sales executives Creating a steady flow of outbound communications to drive engagement Maintaining velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement and most importantly, revenue Building rapport and cultivating relationships with a variety of team members Demonstrating consultative sales approach by creating value based partnerships Consistently achieving quota Building rapport with prospective customers, partners (internal and external) and moving the sales process forward Working diligently with your team members to share feedback and best practices Required Skills and Experience: 1 – 2 years of professional experience beyond college, preferably in Sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent Experience & enjoyment working in a collaborative team environment Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customer Devotion to Sales development, achievement and driving career forward rapidly Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment Excellent oral, written and social media communication skills Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills The ability to work with a variety of internal groups Solid technical aptitude & business acumen Curious, positive and aggressive attitude Preferred Skills: Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking system Excellent verbal and written communication skills working in a professional environment Strong collaboration and team building skills Ability to research, utilize and leverage social media and internet to qualify leads, drive opportunity and revenue At Arctic Wolf, you won’t just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve – you'll help lead the change. Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise to be part of making this happen. This role is based at our headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN, and requires in-office presence four days per week. Primary Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers leveraging Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity solutions. Drive customer retention and growth by achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative, value-based selling. Serve as a trusted advisor by actively listening to customer needs, advocating for them internally, and influencing product and service improvements. Lead monthly account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Identify and execute upsell opportunities by positioning additional Arctic Wolf services that align with customer needs. Negotiate renewals and expansions effectively, leveraging deep domain expertise and product knowledge to create compelling growth plans. Manage a high volume of customer requests and initiatives by prioritizing effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner, and guiding customers toward best-practice solutions. Build scalable processes to proactively forecast and communicate at-risk accounts, ensuring customer success and long-term retention. Key Qualifications Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and related tools. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on quality, trust, and data security. Creative problem-solver who inspires others with energy, innovation, and commitment. 5+ years of progressive success in sales or account management, preferably within technology or cybersecurity. Field sales experience with a track record of closing and growing complex accounts strongly preferred. The base salary range for this job family is 38,700 to 57,900 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
