The Position 主要职责 规范诊疗 • 基于公司疾病领域相关策略， 传递相应疾病领域相关科学信息，促进医生 制定 规范 治疗方案 。 • 基于公司相关产品策略， 介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识。 • 运用专业知识，向病理科医生传递诊断相关 信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升。 学科建设 • 拜访 临床及病理医生 ， 维护客户关系， 按时按质的完成 相关客户洞见，尤其重点专家对于疾病领域洞见的收集并进行总结/ 分析/反馈。 • 组织 / 协调 / 整合 各类 疾病领域学术会议 ，推动建立疾病领域治疗规范 。 • 与研究者合作，使符合入组标准的患者及时入组 。 团队协作 • 主动地与 生态圈内外 团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升 团队能力 。 岗位所需胜任力 • 具备相关疾病领域 的基础知识 • 良好 学习能力 • 业务敏锐度 • 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力 • 多产品资源整合能力 • 正确的思维和行为 （使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维） • 3 年以上医药行业工作经验 • 既往有销售/市场/医学经验 • 跨职能工作经验为佳 • 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
