Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Ocean Market team. The successful candidate will ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support ocean initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market, providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders Experience / Qualifications: MBA-Finance with 8-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in FPNA. Experience of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting process. Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, BI/BW, Power BI. End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative, not waiting for direction. Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy. Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions. Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment. Alignment with COE values - collaboration, transparency, and performance storytelling in everything they do.
