Position Summary Responsible for ensuring timely material delivery to support production plans and customer requirements. Leads supplier delivery performance, manages material shortages, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain supply continuity. Key Responsibilities Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure on-time material availability. Coordinate with suppliers, planning, production, and logistics teams to resolve delivery issues. Manage material shortages, expedite critical shipments, and drive recovery plans. Track delivery KPIs and analyze root causes of supply disruptions. Support inventory optimization while maintaining production continuity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery performance and supply chain efficiency. Supervise and develop team members to achieve departmental objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Delivery Control, or Supply Chain. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and supplier management skills. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
