Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver habilidades analíticas, de gestão de indicadores e de relacionamento com diferentes áreas da empresa. Principais responsabilidades Acompanhar e atualizar os indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área; Dar suporte às demandas operacionais da equipe no dia a dia; Monitorar o andamento de solicitações e acompanhar chamados em aberto; Apoiar o acompanhamento de cronogramas e previsões de entrega; Preparar apresentações, relatórios e materiais para reuniões gerenciais; Dar suporte aos projetos de melhoria contínua e iniciativas estratégicas da área; Interagir com equipes multifuncionais, incluindo o Global Business Services (GBS), garantindo alinhamento das atividades; Auxiliar na organização, análise e consolidação de dados para tomada de decisão. Você é a pessoa certa se: Estiver cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Industrial ou áreas correlatas), Administração ou cursos relacionados; Tiver previsão de conclusão do curso a partir de [Dez/2028] ; Possuir conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint; Possuir inglês intermediário (desejável); Demonstrar perfil analítico, organizado e proativo; Gostar de trabalhar em equipe e de se comunicar com diferentes áreas da empresa. Diferenciais Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados (Power BI, Power Query ou Excel Avançado); Interesse por processos industriais, melhoria contínua e gestão de indicadores; Vivência em projetos acadêmicos ou de iniciação científica relacionados à manufatura. Competências que buscamos Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Boa comunicação; Capacidade analítica; Proatividade; Senso de prioridade; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; Vontade de aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.
