What You Can Expect Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success. Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution. Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against the plan. Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning. What We're Looking For Candidate MUST be pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electronic, System, Computer Engineering, or related technical field(s). Have less than 5 final exams to graduate or less than one year to finish the career. Good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies as well as chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification. Marvell will provide on-the-job training. Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement. Support Marvell’s Program Management Process.
