Production Associate I – 2nd Shift - $21.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am, with OT as needed by the business. What You Will Do Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives What You Need Preferred: High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or assembly experience $21.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
