Product Operations Associate, Aladdin Platform Engineering

About this role About This Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to support Product Operations for Aladdin Platform Engineering. This role will help connect OKRs, planning, roadmap priorities, reporting, communications, and engagement across engineering teams and partners. The role sits at the intersection of platform strategy and execution, helping leaders turn priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and consistent ways of working. Key Responsibilities Product Operations, OKRs & Planning Support the Platform Engineering product operating rhythm by connecting priorities, OKRs, roadmaps, and execution plans Coordinate OKR alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams to clarify outcomes, dependencies, and commitments Manage planning activities, including intake, milestone tracking, readiness reviews, leadership reporting, and follow-up Build visibility into progress, risks, blockers, and decisions through concise reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready materials Product Discovery, Communications & Intake Own the recurring product communications cadence (newsletters and roadmap updates) that keeps leadership, partner teams, and users informed on progress, releases, and what’s changed Maintain and evolve a central product hub as the single source for discovery, ownership, support resources, and roadmap updates across engineering and partner teams Steward the hub’s structure and content, coordinating with product owners to keep descriptions, support models, and request paths accurate and current Operate and improve the intake process, helping requestors route their needs and navigate relevant governance and review checkpoints Drive adoption and awareness of platform products and capabilities, clarifying ownership and reducing ambiguity around where requests should go Roadmap & Organizational Alignment Partner with platform leaders and product owners to align priorities and delivery plans across engineering pillars and shared initiatives Help teams understand how work fits together, what decisions are needed, and where dependencies need attention Maintain documentation of priorities, decisions, dependencies, and planning assumptions to support transparency and follow-through Governance & Cadence Support leadership forums and operating reviews by preparing agendas, readouts, decision logs, and action tracking Draft clear communications on priorities, planning expectations, OKR progress, roadmap changes, and organizational updates Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve consistency, and use AI or automation to reduce manual coordination and increase transparency Qualifications & Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, program management, technology operations, consulting, business management, or a related role Experience supporting planning processes, OKRs, roadmap management, reporting, or cross-functional delivery in a technology organization Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear summaries, leadership materials, and action-oriented follow-ups Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across teams, timelines, and stakeholders Curiosity about platform technology and how large engineering organizations set direction and execute at scale Personal Attributes Strong sense of ownership with a bias toward action and delivery Curious and analytical, able to connect the dots across strategy, execution, and outcomes Comfortable moving between detailed work and broader context Reliable and thoughtful when handling sensitive information Collaborative team player motivated by learning and impact 
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
