How You'll Make an Impact Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance. Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence. Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze KPIs and production data to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision making. Support process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Assist in equipment installation, technology upgrades, and manufacturing startup projects. Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams. Support new product introductions by developing robust and scalable manufacturing processes. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production operations. Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, validation, and problem-solving methodologies. Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis techniques. Proven ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement effective process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
