PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse

What Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to Cardinal Health Nursing & Clinical Support provides direct patient care and clinical support through treatment delivery, monitoring, and care coordination to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses deliver basic patient care, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to care for patients, including those diagnosed with cancer. Responsibilities Support California Urology Urodynamics program Assist with clinical procedures Testing regarding function of the bladder Catheter placement - insert and removal Patient Education regarding procedures Qualifications 1-2 years of LVN experience, preferred Experience with Catheter placement, highly preferred High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred Must be available to work 1-2 days week during M-F What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution Refers to policies and past practices for guidance Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems Location California Urology 782 Medical Center Dr E Ste 311, Clovis, CA 93611 Anticipated hourly range: $23.00 per hour - $36.54 per hour Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
