The Role As a Product Portfolio, Data & Analytics Specialist reporting to the Sr Director, Product Portfolio Operations & Transformation, you will build and run the engine behind the Financial Technology division’s Capital Allocation process and decisions. You will own the data workflows and analytics which turn our investment portfolio into a clear, comparable and decision-ready view, partnering closely with Finance, Product Strategy and Product Engineering to ensure well informed and structured capital allocation decisions. You will thrive in this position if you’re equally comfortable in a financial model, a data pipeline, and strategic decision making. You care about accuracy and traceability, and you enjoy building processes and dashboards that senior leaders actually use to make decisions. Key Responsibilities Build and run the portfolio data set-up - the business-case / financial dataset, portfolio taxonomy, and the underlying data model and sources. Run the business case approval process end to end, in collaboration with the finance team: intake, sign-off forms, RACI, review cadence, and linkage back to financial forecasting. Facilitate portfolio views by analyzing capital allocation towards key strategic priorities, including investment, capacity, horizon mix and value-realization views , supporting portfolio construction and trade-off decisions. Implement and maintain the Operational and Transformation KPI dashboard in partnership with Finance. Support the development of key business cases as needed, partnering with Finance and Strategy. Prepare portfolio materials and analyses for quarterly and annual strategic planning and senior management forums. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, or investment analysis. Strong financial and strategic acumen — business case construction, investment evaluation methodologies and strategy evaluations Advanced data and analytics capability, including Excel modelling and BI / visualization tooling (e.g., Power BI); comfortable structuring datasets and automating reporting, leveraging AI. Demonstrated experience designing and running recurring business processes with multiple stakeholders and governance layers. High attention to detail with a strong bias for accuracy, traceability and auditable calculations. Excellent communication skills (English), with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for senior audiences. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Finance or Analytics) or relevant certification. Experience in financial services, fintech or software, and familiarity with product P&L and capital-allocation frameworks. Working knowledge of planning or financial systems (e.g., Anaplan) and data tooling (SQL, Python). Experience applying AI to automate processes, reporting, and analytics. Ability to work across global teams and time zones.
