Responsibilities: Develop and optimize electrical parameter performance metrics through rigorous testing and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement electrical parameter performance improvements. Drive yield improvement programs to achieve flawless production outcomes. Monitor and analyze device performance data to identify and resolve issues promptly . Margin Bin related yield improvement and maintenance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. No experience is acceptable. Experience in semiconductor device engineering is more advantageous. Proven expertise in device characterization and optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field. Experience with brand new memory technologies. Familiarity with statistical analysis software and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
