Pharmacy Technician Representative - Compounding

As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be an integral part of our specialized compounding team, helping maintain the highest standards of patient care. This role requires strong attention to detail, as most of your time will be spent in the compounding suite. Responsibilities include compounding nonsterile and sterile preparations, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the compounding suite, and completing daily documentation in accordance with State, Federal, and USP regulations. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Typically no weekends or holidays. What You Need to Do the Job: High school diploma or GED required. Massachusetts State Pharmacy Technician license required. National PTCB certification preferred; required within one year of obtaining the position. Strong math skills related to prescription calculations. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to perform highly physical daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities while wearing a respirator, eye protection, and full sterile attire. Activities may include lifting 20–30 lbs., bending, stretching, reaching above and below the head and waist, kneeling, and climbing step ladders. Adherence to strict personal hygiene requirements, including no jewelry, makeup, hair extensions, false eyelashes, or long and/or false fingernails while working. Why Join Our Team? For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
