Practise the 炎症免疫-医学信息沟通(高级)地区经理-珠海 at Pfizer interview free →主要职责及任职要求： 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务，制定地区业绩达成及合规目标和发展方向，确保以合法合规方式有效领导团队达成业绩，持续提高管理团队在合规方面的各项表现； 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队； 勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标； 参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导； 必须确保MICS的PIM和院内会真实发生；同时可以申请和报销DM区域中医院的院间会和对应区域的城市会； 建立和保持有效的沟通系统； 具备管理潜力，团队合作良好，积极正向的心态； 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力；能够以身作则就合规要求严于律己，并作为带人经理有效管理团队在任何时候以合法合规的方式开展业务,遵循公司所有的政策流程、行业准则以及相关法律法规政策，包括但不限于为团队树立正向合规氛围, ,将合规作为员工绩效考核及晋升的重要指标之一；积极管理、监督团队行为，以审慎尽职的方式审核团队费用和会议，有效防止或干预团队不合规行为；重视团队合规管理，定期主导合规议题讨论，支持合规先锋开展工作等。 任职条件： 有2年以上辉瑞销售经验，或有3年以上同等知名外资制药公司的销售经验； 参考过去两年销售业绩，达成率/增长率需达到或超过团队平均水平； 公司内部有销售管理经验优先考虑，萌芽、高级专员优先； 具有团队合作精神； 获得DM和RM的书面批准； 内部候选人申请岗位空缺还须确保本人在前12个月内在辉瑞工作期间无合规警告以上处分记录并需对过往接受的任何等级的合规处分记录进行如实披露，以及没有正在 Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
