People Planning & Analytics Specialist

As a Specialist in People Planning & Analytics reporting to the Head of People Planning & Analytics (PP&A), you'll play a critical role in transforming people data into a consistent and accurate foundation that drives Nasdaq's growth and innovation. You'll thrive in this position if you're a detail-oriented, data-driven problem solver with a passion for HR systems and analytics — someone who believes great organizations make better decisions when their people data is well-organized, accurate, and accessible. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, with a hybrid work model (at least 2 days per week in office). What You’ll Do You'll partner with Finance, Technology, and People team leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, ensure data integrity across people systems, and support tools that enable data-driven decisions at scale. Analyze, design, and maintain people data and metrics systems to support planning and analytics initiatives. Review data and system integrations for accuracy and integrity; troubleshoot complex data issues. Design and deliver ad-hoc people analyses using a thorough understanding of data collection and analysis methods. Monitor evolving people data needs and recommend system enhancements to meet changing requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide input on how data should be organized across people platforms and dashboards. Deliver monthly and quarterly audits of people data in partnership with Finance and People Operations team, diagnose errors and propose short and long-term fixes. Work alongside the Senior Specialist on the PP&A team to maintain and improve existing People data products and services and provide vacation coverage. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including people data analysis. Clear communicator with experience collaborating across Finance, Technology, and HR functions in matrixed, global environments. Amenable to working Mid-Shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Nice to Have Experience with HR data platforms such as Workday, Anaplan, or Databricks in large, complex organizations. Proficiency in data management or visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau). Familiarity with working across global teams and cross-functional environments.
