What success looks like in this role: Establish relationships early on with key client and OEM Partner/Supplier contacts. Document persona-specific standard hardware and/or kits. Document decision matrix for redistributing refurbished assets. Validate catalogue in client ITSM matches OEM Partner/Supplier catalogue, identify and resolve discrepancies. Document required stock level thresholds per client stock location and per lifecycle hub. Gather and load service bundles, hardware profiles, foundational data, stock level thresholds and per-country supplier breakdown into the DSS Database. Plan for annual PO. Forecast the first quarterly bulk order, review and approve it with client and submit it to OEM Partner/Supplier for fulfillment. BAU Support the Change Management process with maintaining service bundle, hardware profile, foundational data, stock level threshold and per-country supplier breakdown information in the DSS Database over time. Take actions to keep stock levels within acceptable range. Request quotation from OEM Partner/Supplier for standard hardware, non-standard hardware and repair parts, apply required margin and provide final quote to requestor. Evaluate the latest rolling forecast when it becomes available and create bulk orders manually as required to balance stock levels at lifecycle hubs. Submit bulk orders at OEM Partner/Supplier procurement portal manually. Track status of bulk orders manually. Whenever a bulk order ships, work with DSS Hardware Asset Manager to input new asset data into the DSS Database manually. Work with client and OEM Partner/Supplier to resolve asset discrepancies attributed to bulk orders and asset recovery. Coordinate with client and OEM Partner/Supplier to mitigate excess stock impact. Coordinate with client's end users and managers and OEM Partner/Supplier to mitigate low stock impact. Coordinate with OEM Partner/Supplier to manage emergency stock use. Communicate new model availability and old model retirement from OEM Partner/Supplier to client, support client with timely catalogue updates and capture the new and obsolete hardware profiles in the DSS Database. Coordinate with client and OEM Partner/Supplier on non-standard hardware requests and availability. Coordinate with OEM Partner/Supplier to manage lost, undeliverable or canceled shipments originating from lifecycle hubs. Coordinate with client to manage lost, undeliverable or canceled shipments originating from client locations. Drive resolution around extra items and incorrect assets returned during asset recovery. Monitor tickets against contractual SLAs. Provide manual support for OEM Invoicing. Provide billing information to Financial Controller manually, to invoice client at the end of each period. Represent Unisys DSS interests in internal, client or OEM Partner/Supplier meetings and workshops. Drive resolution of escalations and contestations.
