Il s’agit d’organiser l’aide aux personnes bloquées, ainsi que de transmettre les demandes de réparation aux techniciens de service. Ceci par téléphone, par la surveillance et la gestion de différents systèmes d’alarme, ainsi que par courriel. Responsabilités Réception des appels en français, allemand et italien Saisie des données dans un système propre à Otis Transmission des cas aux techniciens de service Effectuer différents travaux administratifs Gérer différentes boîtes courriels Qualifications/ Expérience/ Connaissances Trilingue français, allemand, italien ou bilingue avec de bonnes connaissances de la troisième langue A l’aise en informatique (système dix doigts avantageux) Forte orientation client Bonne gestion du stress Premières expériences en Call Center bienvenues, mais pas indispensables Qualités personnelles Ponctualité, disposition à travailler selon des horaires irréguliers Sociable et communicatif avec bon esprit d’équipe Loyal et investi Ce que nous vous offrons Votre développement personnel nous tient à cœur.
