How you’ll make an impact Lead daily manufacturing operations aligned with the ITM Management System Deliver production targets across safety, quality, and delivery commitments Optimize use of labor, materials, equipment, and manufacturing resources Promote a zero-incident safety culture using HOP principles Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and preventive action initiatives Drive quality excellence and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards Champion continuous improvement through tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and A3 Develop and coach teams to build capability and support long-term growth Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
