Lead, coach, and develop Operational Excellence Team Leads and Senior Specialists, strengthening capabilities and building a sustainable improvement culture. Manage the execution and governance of A3 Problem Solving and Kaizen , ensuring consistency, quality, and effective implementation. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with business leaders, SMEs, and Regional and Global Operational Excellence teams. Support Area leaders in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, driving measurable impact across productivity, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business KPIs. Drive the adoption of performance management practices and ensure continuous improvement initiatives translate into sustainable operational and financial benefits. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean within 3PL warehousing operations , with proven experience deploying improvement methodologies across complex and large-scale warehouse environments. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and A3 Problem Solving ; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly valued. Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across functions and leadership levels. Solid project and change management capabilities, with a strong cross-functional business understanding. Ability to translate improvement opportunities into measurable business results, including productivity gains, KPI improvements, customer outcomes, and financial benefits.
