Key Responsibilities LCL Operations Agent role includes handling and managing export/import shipping documents, vendor invoices and system data input and quality check of the same. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to): Import: Check Pre-Alert Cargo trucking Instruction to GSC for issuing Arrival Notice Send documentation to customers Export: Receive booking from customers Update booking sheet Arrange trucking and customs clearance Request CFS for receipt slip (nyuukohyou) Create Dock Receipt and send it to co-loader and CFS Create Shipping Instruction and uploaded it in shared folder Send customs permit (yushutu kyokasho) to General: Missing/wrong data correction and follow up System data review and management Vendor invoice/internal billing details review and follow up Attend inquiries from customer Attend relevant business meeting Communication by email with overseas Maersk offices Accountability Deliver Operational Excellence and superior Customer Experience Be Proactive and Cooperative, think customer centric Team support – one for all, all for one Primary internal stakeholders (key interdependencies) LCL GSC, Customer Experience, Overseas agent & Other TbM OPS Vendor management & product Finance Primary external stakeholders CFS / Consolidator / Trucker Required experience & skills · Operational Efficiency & Customer Service Experience · Computer application knowledge, i.e. Excel/Word/Teams · Business English Skill · Cargowise system knowledge preferred Criteria for Success Business understanding Positive Mind set and drive Willingness to learn new things Respect and Trust your team colleagues Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
